Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup M&M’S Red White & Blue Milk Chocolate, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 graham cracker squares, lightly crushed
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
Directions:

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Total Time: 55 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 8-inch square cake pan; line with parchment paper.
  2. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; let cool slightly. Whisk in sugar, cocoa powder and salt until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time; beat in vanilla. Stir in flour just until combined; stir in half of the M&M’S.
  3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or just until set. Remove from oven; scatter marshmallows evenly over top. Return to oven; bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until marshmallows are golden.
  4. Sprinkle with graham crackers and remaining M&M’S. Drizzle with chocolate. Let cool completely before cutting into squares or bars.

    Tip: Instead of dark chocolate chips, use milk chocolate chips.
