Recipe Ingredients:

• 2 pkg (3.4 oz each) instant chocolate pudding
• 4 cups cold low-fat milk
• 1 small tube black or brown icing
• 5 ladyfinger biscuits, cut in half horizontally
• 2/3 cups M&M’S Peanut Butter Ghoul’s Mix, crushed
• 2/3 cup chocolate cookie crumbs

Directions:

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

1. Prepare instant pudding with milk according to package directions.
2. Using icing, pipe “RIP” over top third of each lady finger to resemble graveyard stone. Let stand until icing is set; set aside.
3. Spread about 2 tbsp pudding into bottom of 10 (4-oz) clear cups or jars. Sprinkle with one-third of the crushed M&M’S Peanut Butter Ghoul’s Mix and one-third of the chocolate cookie crumbs. Repeat layers twice.
4. Tuck graveyard cookie stone into center of each cup. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tips:

• Substitute Milano cookies for ladyfinger biscuits if desired
• Substitute prepared chocolate mousse for chocolate pudding if preferred.
• For extreme spookiness, garnish parfaits with extra M&M’S Peanut Butter Ghoul’s Mix!
